"Customer Service, I just wanted to drop a quick note of thanks to everyone at your company. The remote control for my ceiling fan broke and I couldn't find a new one, so I was looking around at prices for new ceiling fans and happened on your website. And, wouldn't you know it, you actually had the remote control that I needed! Amy answered when I called and answered all my questions, told me that if the remote didn't work that I could return it free of charge, and then went ahead and placed the order for me. I was told I would receive it within 3 business days. That was a Friday morning. To my surprise, when I got home from work on Monday, there was my order! I was so excited because I REALLY missed my ceiling fan! I immediately opened it up, dropped in a battery, matched up the dip switches and voila! Success!!
